Cartesia Srl designs and builds software solutions for industrial laundries. It has been an independent company since 2026, with its own development team, helpdesk and sales department, and operates over thirty facilities in Italy and abroad, serving private laundries and international groups. Coral JIT40 allows laundries to manage all their usual activities and processes; as it is modular, the solution can be set up to suit individual customers’ needs, it communicates directly with the department’s systems and enters the machine data into the management system without the need for manual transcription. The applications can be grouped into four macro-areas.
In 2025, the company achieved the following results: 290 interconnected machines, 40.6 million labels printed, 3.5 million km covered.
Laundry control and monitoring
- Collection and delivery: driver and vehicle details registry, route planning, loading and unloading, app for drivers;
- Laundry: customer details, counting, data acquisition from external sources, delivery notes, and invoicing;
- Statistics: customer trends, prospects analysis, production indicators.
Linen processing app
- Check-in: customised interface, incoming material recording and handling activities for materials from other storage facilities;
- Piece counter and overhead system: preload and automatic acquisition of linen processing data;
- Wash and drying: priority, laundry loading, washing flow monitoring and trolley label;
- Ironing: interface with feeder stations, real-time management of ironing needs, operator performance;
- Packaging: linen coming from the stackers, automatic labelling, recording of items rejected;
- Deliveries: customer needs, picking and packing, interfaces with dispatch station and labelling machine;
- Maintenance and system monitoring: systems, components and teams; maintenance schedule, system status.
Services App
- Customer portal: delivery notes, returns, invoices, and payment status information, calculations and pre-count data entry;
- Sales: on-site sales support, activity planning, customer feedback, customer’s financial performance.
ERP management
- Business management: financial statement reclassification, production indicators with target result setting, control dashboard;
- Accounting management in the laundry: management of payable and receivable invoices;
- CRM: lead data entry and prospects analysis.
New feature: Praxis, the AI assistant
Coral JIT40 now features Praxis, the assistant integrated into the management system which can be queried in natural language regarding the launderette’s data, provides analyses and sets up recurring tasks, in accordance with the permissions of the current session. Read-only analysis, explicit confirmation for every transaction, data stored within the European Union, always in compliance with the GDPR.
