The laundry and linen hire process starts when the trucks pull up to the laundry.

To cut down on time spent by staff checking in the laundry, Montanari S.r.l. offers the primary system, which is used to load the dirty linen. It allows the driver to bag up the linen in special sacks and then send them on to the processing cycle.

The incoming sacks are hung onto trolleys equipped with a hook and then, when the clearing button is pressed, they are sent on to a lift, which takes them to the required level.

The same sacks are then sent to the various sorting stations, where they are opened by hand on the conveyor belt, and the piece counting operation begins.

Montanari S.r.l. designs and builds secondary overhead systems for dirty linen handling in laundries, which feature fully computerised monitoring of the laundering of civil and hospital clothing and linen.
